V.I.P. EXPERIENCE
STAND-ALONE
The V.I.P. experience allows you to search for and watch movies, shows and series, when you want. Pause, rewind, fast forward and save to favorites to watch later. Content is updated periodically and can include some in-theater movies.

V.I.P. EXPERIENCE
ADD-ON
This is the regular V.I.P. experience. It is an ADD-ON for existing customers that chose not to get the TV+V.I.P. combo at sign up.
Also, the V.I.P.-as-an-add-on service, allows you to cancel either TV or V.I.P. without canceling both.
Price= $12.75 (Plan price $12+processing fee $0.75)
KEEP YOUR SERVICE OPERATING ADEQUATELY
MONTHLY PROACTIVE STEPS:
1. RESET your modem (remove power cord from the back for 30 seconds then plug back in and let it reconnect)
2. HARD RESET your Firestick/Streaming Device (while ON remove the power cord for 30 seconds then plug back in and let it reconnect)
3. CLEAR DATA, CLEAR CACHE, and FORCE STOP all apps on your Firestick (Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Apps > Open each app individually then scroll down click CLEAR DATA twice, CLEAR CACHE once, then scroll up and click FORCE STOP)
4. UNINSTALL seldom used Apps to Free up MEMORY/STORAGE
5. Click REFRESH as you enter each app (TV/V.I.P.)
DAILY PROACTIVE ROUTINES:
1. FORCE STOP any Apps running in the background before you login to Privilege Mediatv Apps
2. Click REFRESH on each app (T.V./V.I.P.) after logging into your profile
3. Click REFRESH once every 1 to 2 hours
4. EXIT the Privilege apps when you're done watching for the day by clicking the back button on the remote to the home screen. Click settings (bottom far right)> then scroll down to sign out> click YES then the home key on the remote.
5. Put your Firestick to SLEEP by pressing and holding the HOME button for 3 seconds then click Sleep
